The project aims at sustainable and high-quality integration into the labour market, primarily within the regular circuit or, for the specialised continuing training centre - CFCS, within specialised services. It intends to support those people whose employability is low because of the functional impact of disability and the inadequate adaptation of the training and working environment. The actions will allow the emergence of life and professional projects, the assessment of skills, abilities and abilities. They will facilitate the management of difficulties experienced by training operators and employers and will take the form of intensive support via jobcoaches. 3 objectives – Support for the acquisition of skills useful for integration into the labour market via: Support for access to training for general operators Training for professional knowledge via the CAP Accompagnement CFCS -Support for the sustainability of employment Jobcoaching Support for the reintegration of workers with disabilities Support for, in and after temporary employment -Support for the creation of activities
