The Communauté d’Agglomération de Saumur Val de Loire proposed the energy renovation of the Restos du Cœur building located in Saumur as part of the action plan for the energy renovation of its municipal heritage, submitted by the Communauté d’Agglomération de Saumur Val de Loire for the implementation of Integrated Territorial Investments (ITI). As part of this work programme, it is planned to reduce the building’s energy consumption by 77% by reducing its primary energy consumption from 491 kWhep/m2/year to 113 kWhep/m2/year. Greenhouse gas emissions from the building will be reduced from 32 kGCO2/m/year to 6 kGCO2/m2/year. The operation complies with the selection criteria of PO 2.1 of the ERDF/ESF Operational Programme 2021-2027. In view of all the above, a favourable opinion is proposed for ERDF support of EUR 198,441.80.
