The project, carried out by the Departmental Fire and Rescue Service (SDIS) of the Vendée, aims to provide better and more efficient care for victims, with an assessment carried out by the rescuer on a computer tablet, a secure assessment that will be transferable in digital version: - to the UAS 85 to assess very quickly the emergency procedures to be carried out, - to the emergency department of the healthcare establishment in which the patient could be accommodated. The digital solution presented provides support for care coordination, with better care and coordination between emergency care actors. The widespread deployment of this equipment in all SDIS 85 intervention vehicles represents an additional lever for access to healthcare in fragile territories. The operation is part of a new national regulatory framework and will allow fast and secure data transmission, simultaneous information to partner services for the proper follow-up of the victim, transmission of documents (photos and electrocardiograms), ease of statistical research and data archiving. The project is in line with Action 1.2.2 Strengthening the smart territories of DOMO ERDF/ESF 2021-2027. In the light of all the above, a favourable opinion is proposed for ERDF support of EUR 310 290.
