The project “Improving the health of young people by developing their power to act: Innovative Approaches and Prospects’ is submitted by CO’s Santé for a period of 3 years (from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2026). Co’santé is a Loi 1901 association made up of 50 member health centres. This network promotes the development of solidarity and the fight against social and territorial inequalities, in terms of access to care and health. The project is based on 3 actions that aim to raise awareness and make the public young people in fragile situations more active in their health pathways. It thus contributes to the challenges of local health policy by reducing inequalities in access to healthcare information and services. The young audience is a target audience of the ESF+ programme. The project is based on a participatory approach of vulnerable young people by allowing them to get involved in the creation of a digital application dedicated to their needs. The project with a strong partnership dimension also brings together different regional health and social actors to meet the needs of vulnerable young people, in particular those monitored by the Local Missions or hosted in Youth Habitats. The expected results and targets are relevant and meet the output and result indicators set out in the programme for the objective ‘SO 4.5 - Improving the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of education and training systems’. The human resources allocated directly to the implementation of the actions and in administrative and financial support are consistent with the scope of the project. The project monitoring and management tools put in place will allow the transmission of documents and deliverables during the balance sheet(s) necessary for the management and implementation verification of the actions. In the light of these factors, the instructing department gives a favourable opinion.
