The project consists of the thermal renovation of 4 buildings in the Jean Moulin district located Echirolles/Pont de Claix. The operation financed by the ERDF will involve the renovation of two buildings with a total of 48 dwellings, with relatively low energy performance (label D), for which an exemplary BBC rehabilitation is planned.
