The rehabilitation project of the Charmant Som residence in St Egrève consists of the thermal renovation of 60 housing units spread over 2 buildings built in 1970. The objective is to promote the energy transition through a thermal improvement operation to reduce the heating bills of tenants and increase the comfort of housing. A BBC label is sought for the two buildings comprising a total of 60 dwellings. This rehabilitation also aims to improve the living environment of social tenants and the image of the residence.
