The "Rehabilitation of BRIANCON I II residences in Sorbiers" project concerns the rehabilitation of a set of 100 social rental housing units built between 1968 and 1973. The operation has 3 main components: - A Thermal component: efficient exterior thermal insulation, replacement of exterior joinery, renovation of the terrace roof complex (insulation and waterproofing), mechanical ventilation system - A component Accessibility: installation of 7 lifts serving the 100 dwellings - A Comfort component: expansion of balconies, installation of intercoms, standardization of electrical installations of housing, repair of common areas The project also includes some outdoor facilities and in particular the creation of a battery of 18 garages. These objectives are stakes and axes of work of the Toit Forezien on all its heritage, they are inscribed in its convention of social utility.
