The redevelopment project of the Cours Brillier is an urban redevelopment operation located in the city center of Vienna. It aims to improve the living environment and enhance the commercial and tourist attractiveness. This operation consists of the development and requalification of public spaces. Landscaped spaces will be created, through significant greening. Attention will also be paid to their dewatering. The project also aims to reduce the place of the car in the city center by reshaping the different traffic areas. Active modes of travel will be favored with the redevelopment of pedestrian strolling spaces and the creation of a greenway. The roadway will be taken over with the creation of an alley planted in the center. Parking spaces will be removed along the Course in favour of the creation of a dedicated bus lane to facilitate public transport.
