The objective of this project is to promote the development of the offer of sports and leisure activities with the construction of structuring equipment enhancing the attractiveness and influence of the city center of the intercommunal territory. The operation consists of the construction of a new indoor tennis centre, a padel and outdoor courts. It includes a covered part and an external part. The covered hall will house two tennis courts and the necessary clearances as well as a padel court that will offer a new activity on the territory. These sports facilities will be equipped with changing rooms and adapted sanitary facilities. This covered part will also include a reception area with a club house an office but also storage spaces and sanitary facilities accessible from the outside allowing practitioners on the outdoor courts to benefit from these services. Outdoor bleachers using the natural slope of the land will ensure the transition between covered spaces and outdoor facilities. Exterior facilities will be complemented by landscaping.
