As part of its Strategic Heritage Plan, Haute-Savoie Habitat has planned the complete rehabilitation of the "La Mandallaz" complex in La Balme de Sillingy. This complex includes 110 rental units divided into 7 buildings of level R+2 to R+3. The rehabilitation program aims to improve the interior comfort of housing, common areas and the building envelope. A special effort is planned on thermal improvement to give tenants the opportunity to reduce heating energy consumption and improve comfort.
