The difficulty of medical care in the Loire region is a problem that SDIS 42 intends to address through this operation. This operation affects the efficiency of the relief response. The causes of this problem are as follows: * Consistent geographical distance from hospital centres in some municipalities. * Decrease in the number of physicians and change in the way they practise. The result of this situation is an oversolicitation of the traditional rescue and emergency services carried by the doctors and nurses of the territory. This operation helps to spread this burden over the SDIS services. The use of a telemedicine solution will make it possible in the long term to pursue the following objectives: * Fewer field staff, reduced waiting time for medical advice. * Reinforcement of the medical response allowing appropriate, reactive and efficient management. * Evolution of field equipment to offer doctors the necessary conditions to develop a diagnosis, guide the field teams in the realization of technical gestures and / or choose the right evacuation vector and the right destination for optimal care of the victim. The project addresses the problem of unequal access to healthcare in the Loire region and ensures its resilience.
