Haute-Savoie Habitat has programmed the energy rehabilitation of the "Les Granges I and II" complex in Rumilly. This complex comprises 27 rental units divided into 3 buildings on level R+3. The rehabilitation program is thermal. It aims to improve the interior comfort of housing, common areas and the building envelope. A special effort is planned on thermal improvement to allow tenants to reduce their heating energy consumption and improve comfort.
