The operation consists of the thermal rehabilitation of the homes of the Barbière 1 group, located west of the heart of Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux, in the Drôme. This group of 42 social housing units was built by Drôme Aménagement Habitat in 1969. This area has already been rehabilitated in 2001. The rehabilitation planned for 2023-2024 presents multiple challenges that result in four specific work strands, including an energy strand, which is the subject of this ERDF grant.
