The present operation consists in the rehabilitation in occupied site of 42 collective dwellings located at 55 Avenue Maginot in Bourg en Bresse, the objective being the improvement of the thermal performance of the building in order to guarantee a better comfort of use and a control of the cost of charges for the tenants. The environmental issue is important thanks to the control of the energy expenditure of buildings and the impact on the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
