The present operation consists in the rehabilitation of 67 collective housing units located at 22, 24, 26 and 28 rue Jules GUERIN in Bourg en Bresse, the objective being to improve the thermal performance of the housing as well as to upgrade the technical and security elements of this building programme in order to ensure better comfort of use and control of the cost of charges for tenants.
