It is a project of the municipality of Morancé concerning the construction of a new school building. The latter will house the elementary school currently occupying an energy-intensive building that is no longer adapted to the teachers' numbers and needs. The project, which is part of an energy transition policy, has an E3C1 objective and is accompanied by work to dewater the schoolyard with replanting to promote biodiversity on the site.
