The 9 buildings of the residence "Aujame" in Commentry that will be rehabilitated were built and put into service between 1962 and 1971. They currently have 234 social housing units west of the centre of Commentry in an area close to the SNCF train station and sports facilities. The residence has already been partially rehabilitated about 25 years ago. However, the insulation of walls, attics for 3 buildings and low floors remains insufficient and sometimes degraded, natural ventilation (except for a building equipped with a VMC) is over-consuming and unsuitable, the production of heating and DHW is disparate and partly energy-intensive, accessibility, security and lighting of the commons need to be improved. EVOLEA wishes to continue its rehabilitation program launched in 2015 on many residences of its heritage built for more than 40 years with the aim of: - Significantly reduce the energy consumption of buildings, - Control rental charges, - Improve the comfort of tenants, - Contribute to the conservation of resources and protection of the environment - make housing accessible, where possible, for people with reduced mobility.
