The project of the district of Perrier aims at a complete rehabilitation program, aiming at an improvement of the interior comfort of the dwellings, the common areas and the envelope of the building. 564 homes will be rehabilitated. A special effort is planned on the improvement of all the networks of buildings as well as on the thermal improvement to give the possibility to the tenants to reduce the consumptions and the costs of heating energy and to improve their comfort.
