The operation is part of the urban renewal project for downtown Saint-Chamond, which was signed with the ANRU on March 14, 2019. The aim of the urban renewal programme is to: - Restoring the attractiveness of the city centre, dedensifying the urban fabric through building demolitions, urban development and the requalification of public spaces, - Strengthening the quality of living and residential attractiveness by reclassifying/restructuring the supply of public and private housing This project concerns the energy rehabilitation of 124 housing units in Saint-Chamond and will allow the implementation of the following works: - Implementation of thermal insulation from the outside - Creation of a low-energy CMV - Replacement of exterior joinery with aluminum joinery with high thermal performance insulating glazing - Replacement of metal shutters with electric aluminum roller shutters
