This is the energy rehabilitation of the 170 housing units of the Résidence Montponçon located in the district of Brunetière in Voiron. This set of eight buildings built in the late 1960s has deteriorated over time, now presenting an unsightly and aging appearance. The dwellings that compose it offer neither comfort nor thermal quality due to the wear of materials and design defects. The operation aims to carry out improvement work: - the thermal performance (BBC level), - the comfort of the dwellings - the image of the residence as a whole.
