The operation consists of the energy rehabilitation of 189 collective housing units located in 4 buildings in Bourg en Bresse, rue Briand, rue Pont des Goats and rue Poincaré. The objective is to improve the thermal performance of the building envelope in order to guarantee better comfort of use, energy savings and control of the cost of tenants' loads.
