The project concerns the rehabilitation of 43 housing units of the residence "Les Alizés" in Puy en Velay, built and put into service in 1977. This program is carried out in conjunction with the operation "Les Brises" located in the same district. The aim is to achieve a level equivalent to the requirements of the BBC Renovation label.
