This operation involves the rehabilitation of 94 housing units and will bring a significant improvement in the energy performance of buildings to reach the BBC level. To this end, the following main actions will be carried out: - Refurbishment of terrace roof and treatment of insulation - Treatment of facades with external insulation including purges and resumption of masonry - Replacement of existing joinery with PVC joinery with electric roller shutters (acoustic treatment) - Low floor insulation, crawl space and garage ceiling - Blocking in underside of floor DRC (Thermal and CF) - Replacement of the VMC group - Replacement of ventilation vents - Replacement of air inlets and exhaust vents (hygro-adjustable)
