Aging is a key risk factor for heart disease in general and structural heart diseases such as valvulopathies in particular. The project aims to promote the early detection of structural cardiac pathologies, particularly in people aged 75 and over before the occurrence of critical episodes, by relying on the ecosystem of community care (doctors, pharmacists, nurses). This early detection aims to prevent the impact of these diseases on the health, dependence and mortality associated with these pathologies and thus increase the quality of life in aging. The project will be conducted in the department of Haute-Loire, one of the territories most affected by the ageing of the population and among the most deprived of access to cardiology care.
