The mobile platform called PAARIOU will allow the study of the atmospheric component in all its complexity: biological, chemical and physical characterisation of different air components (gas, aerosol, cloud/fog/rain) and meteorological and dynamic conditions. This project responds to a need and major current scientific questions in the field of air quality in a context of climate change. The health issues represented by the deterioration of the quality of the air breathed by the population are at the heart of this project. This unique platform in France will bring together an instrumental suite at the forefront of current technology, operated according to measurement and data processing protocols standardized on a European scale. It will allow real-time observation data to be acquired and atmospheric air and water samples to be collected and analyzed in the laboratory. This platform will be deployable on campaigns in local, regional and national perimeters in response to research programs and specific ad hoc requests for air quality monitoring from project partner laboratories or external users (laboratories, local authorities, etc.), in the form of physical but also virtual access (access to data). This project will be highly visible to all its trustees and end users.
