The operation is a rehabilitation project of a former holiday center in group lodging to accommodate 49 beds in Sainte Eulalie in the Ardèche. It is a question of participating in the maintenance and development of tourism in this area by developing as a priority the reception of young people, families and groups belonging to social tourism. This operation aims to allow people from all walks of life to discover the Ardèche mountain, at the foot of Mont Gerbier de Jonc and the source of the Loire.
