This project consists of the creation and implementation of a financial instrument in the form of a co-investment fund financed solely by public funds (regional credits and ERDF credits). This Fund aims to strengthen the equity of regional SMEs or midcaps but only on the credits of the Region in the field of innovation and small development capital.
