The ESF+ project aims to support the practice of health professionals by financing the remuneration of medical secretarial posts, which are essential to ensure the attractiveness of health centres and encourage the recruitment of doctors in territories qualified as medical deserts, particularly among an elderly population with low mobility and low incomes.
