The municipality of Francheville is committed to the energy renovation of the City Hall. This building, built 40 years ago (1983), has not undergone major thermal renovations. In order to improve the energy performance of the building, reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve the comfort of users, the municipality has chosen to carry out a global energy renovation. The work includes thermal insulation from the outside, replacement of exterior joinery, occultation, roof/frame work, as well as the replacement of the boiler, installation of a dual flow VMC in particular. This work will enable the achievement of the equivalent BBC Effinergie Rénovation level, i.e. 40% energy saving compared to the reference standard, excluding energy production.
