The objective of this operation is to rehabilitate a former hotel / restaurant in group lodging of 15 beds located in Lapte (43) in the heart of the Pôle Pleine Nature Nature Mézenc Sucs Haut Lignon and in the immediate vicinity of Via Fluvia, This tourist accommodation will be open 9 months a year (1 March to 11 November). The operation is supported by the community of municipalities of Les Sucs and the town hall of Lapte because it responds to a real need of the territory by providing the territory with accommodation and reception capacity.
