The municipality of Chenereilles has buildings partially renovated in 2002 with defects in roof insulation, aging openings, non-functional facilities that require an overall occupation of unoptimized premises, production of domestic hot water with obsolete materials far from the area of use, and bare walls without insulation. Following a thermal study carried out in May 2024, significant energy losses were noted. The municipality of Chenereilles has decided to carry out energy renovation works that allow a reduction of 42.03% compared to the reference standard and to justify a class B after work.
