As part of its energy management policy, the SICECO Côte-d’Or energy territory is renovating its building. This comprehensive and ambitious energy renovation will make it possible to achieve carbon neutrality and reduce real consumption by 60% before 2050, as required by the "Eco-Energy Tertiary" decree. The works will comply with the Effilogis technical specifications of the Burgundy-Franche-Comté Region (performance level Ref -60%) and include the use of bio-based materials. With this project, SICECO has fully demonstrated its desire to demonstrate and set a territorial example: - By the quality of the materials used and the execution of the works, - On the savings generated in operating budget, with the monitoring and maintenance of these, - On the necessary support to the local economy. For its design phases and its work, SICECO is accompanied by an architect and a thermal design office. The works include the reinforcement of the building's roof insulation and the installation of bio-based wood insulation on the exterior walls. Air quality will be improved with the installation of a dual-flow ventilation unit and special care will be taken with the air tightness of the envelope. Electricity consumption will be offset by the installation of photovoltaic solar panels.
