eTICSS, the BFC e-Parcours platform in support of multi-professional care

eTICSS, the BFC e-Parcours platform in support of multi-professional care. At the heart of CFB's e-health strategy, eTICSS is the key tool for the digital transformation of healthcare pathways in the region. Thanks to eTICSS, professionals in the health, medico-social and social sectors have a range of territorial coordination services all designed with the same objective in mind: decompartmentalize care to better care. Patients of all ages benefit from coordinated care between the healthcare professionals concerned, thus avoiding disruption in the monitoring of their pathways. An institutional platform supported by the ARS BFC and implemented by the GRADeS BFC since 2015 with the collaboration of all the partners of the regional health system, the 2023-2026 eTICSS project aims to offer new digital services to meet the health challenges of field professionals. Three axes structure eTICSS developments: - The implementation of a set of generic tools for complex coordination in order to harmonise practices for the benefit of all patients. - The creation of pathways around prevention, from identification to post-care, to reduce the number of relapses and recurrences, by enrolling a major role of the patient. - The development of approaches of population responsibility bringing together and engaging all the actors of the territory in a common organization.
