The aim of the DEDIHCATED BFC operation is to create the European Digital Innovative Hub (EDIH), the winner for the Burgundy-Franche-Comté (BFC) region of a European call for projects, launched on 17 November 2021 as part of the Digital Europe Programme. Through the creation of this EDIH, four specific objectives must be achieved: - Establish a strong and integrated regional network, acting as an intermediate and transparent link between regional and extra-regional businesses and assets; - Be fully integrated into the European EDIH network to upgrade DEDIHCATED BFC tools (tests, training, etc.) to better respond to the problems of companies facing their digitalisation; - Consolidate and facilitate access to the regional research and innovation capacities of regional industrial companies on three technologies: data and artificial intelligence; virtual and augmented reality; and IoT and sensors; - Support skills development and access to finance, which are complementary pillars for the success of companies' digital transition projects. This European digital innovation hub, led by a consortium of thirteen partners, seeks to develop the digital skills of small and medium-sized regional enterprises by offering them various services ranging from digital maturity diagnosis to highly targeted expertise adapted to their specific needs to make them more competitive.
