The project covers three distinct groups: - the town hall-school and the recreation room; - the former post office, which now serves as a communal hall; - the Elodie building. The first is heated with oil, the other two with electricity. The church, located near the old post office, is not included in the project. It aims to replace fuel oil and electric heating by the creation of a small wood boiler room in an existing building. The latter will be largely renovated, as it is dilapidated today. It has a number of constraints for the creation of a wood boiler room. For this reason, a solution using wood pellets rather than wafers was considered during the feasibility study. Following studies by the SIEEEN Heritage Department, technical solutions were found to adapt the building and the choice was finally made on the brochure, which also seems more interesting economically speaking.
