The Departmental Council of Nièvre carries out a project of digital management of social data in a coordinated and transversal way with the MDPH58. It is part of a desire to modernize sites of medico-social action and in a context of overhaul of the social information system. The digital dimension is then used as a lever to improve organizations and the collaboration of teams, departments and directorates by seeking an enhanced quality of service with agents and users. The single user file will collect and secure all the data and professional writings useful to report on the situation and problem of a user in order to facilitate understanding, the emergence of a diagnosis, the design of proposals, action plans, and their evaluation.
