With its first experience in the tourism sector, the owner, SARL DOMDIRGEST, wants to consolidate the profitability of its establishment by transforming it into a multisite hotel complex. To do this, the company acquired in the commune of Le Moule, a plot of land with an area of 6 000m2 for the construction of 3 large luxury accommodation units, for a 5-star rating. The total capacity will be about 25 people. Each unit will include 4 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and two bathrooms. A large landscaped garden will comfort everything. In the context of the carrier’s multi-site hotel management strategy, which presupposes the interdependence of the commons and equipment, it is an operation that must be understood as an extension of the hotel in Sainte-Anne, which has 84 accommodation units, but only in T2 and T3, which did not allow them to accommodate large families without separating them. The aim of the project is to offer a new, higher-end product in addition to the current 4-star accommodation. This increases the volume of business by 20%, thus increasing the profitability and sustainability of the hotel business. The investment programme will include the construction, fitting-out and equipping of accommodation units, as well as studies. The total cost of the project is € 5,078,372.82 for an ERDF grant of €1,777,430.48 and regional aid of €367,228.00. The bearer at 2,933,714.34 €.
