The "Professional Qualification for All" operation is a former individual training assistance measure, which is evolving on this program in order to meet a legitimate request from job seekers. This operation highlights the links between the needs expressed in the individual interviews between the final beneficiary and France travail which is the subscriber and the Training Centre which will provide the training. This scheme is aimed at applicants with a training project who are not eligible for any regional aid and who have not received qualifying training funded by the Regional Council in the previous 3 years. Eligible training courses are qualifying and certifying training courses that are listed in the National Directory of Professional Qualifications. This certification translates into the delivery of a diploma or certification, these elements correspond perfectly to the criteria of the BSCU that will be applied on this operation. These are 345 participants for training levels 6 to 3 (category A to D), and category E non-certifying, non-degree training, for the year 2023 this represents 206 participants for an amount of € 1410 195 and for the second year 139 participants for an amount of € 955 855.00, which makes a total of 345 participants for an educational amount of € 2 366 050 and a total amount of operation of € 2 531 673.50 (including the 7% indirect costs)
