The GPMG has embarked on its digital transformation with the implementation of its digitalization master plan from 2019. GPMG's digital strategy aims to improve its processes through a gradual evolution of all its information systems in order to: - Improving the quality of service - Pooling existing tools - Securing and making data more reliable - Dematerialising all processes and aiming for "paperless" - Meeting the requirements of relevant stakeholders (State, Region, customers, suppliers, etc.) The acquisition of a new IS (information system) (Finance - Budget - Purchase) is becoming a priority and is consistent with the GPMG's 2019-2023 strategic project and in particular axes 6 7: - Optimising the performance of the establishment at the service of customers - Dematerialising internal processes to improve service quality, traceability and competitiveness More broadly, it meets the ambitions of: - the national port strategy, and in particular Guideline 4: "Driving ports for innovation and digital transition", - from the Regional Scheme of Digital Uses and Services in reference to the modernization of administrations and to improve services provided to users.
