The Regional Pact for Investment in Skills (PRIC-Tranche 2) is a training programme carried out through a contract, which includes 11 training courses for a total of 151 participants from category A to E. The expenditure items consist of the pedagogical part, remuneration and 7% indirect costs. Expenditure is calculated on the basis of a standard scale of unit costs based on participants and level regardless of the duration of the training. The subject of the contract is the purchase of vocational training services for - jobseekers with little or no qualifications to encourage a rapid return to employment, - more fragile public, more vulnerable to more appropriate training The mandatory element in the use of the BSCU scales is the eligibility of participants who must be job seekers registered with a subscriber (France Travail or Mission Locale) on the date of entry into training.
