The operation consists of two actions: "Professional artistic incubator" and "Yana Pépites - Pro" aim to support / train entrepreneurs and young talents of the territory in their individualized path of creation (or company of - 3 years) or resumption of activity in the professional artistic and cultural sector (living art, theater, music, dance, audiovisual, visual art, etc.). These companies or associations are job creators, for the entrepreneur himself but also for the artists of the territory making it possible to improve access to employment in Guyana. This emerging sector in French Guiana is still fragile. It requires specific support that the Guiana Resource Centre can offer through its expertise and knowledge of the territory. These schemes are open to any job seeker or any person with a project to create or take over a professional artistic or cultural enterprise in order to support the development of the professional artistic sector in Guyana, a new economic and employment sector in the territory. The multidisciplinary team of the Guiana Resource Centre will support the project leader before, during and after the creation of the professional artistic company in order to improve the quality of projects to consolidate the business model, human resources management and secure the path of the entrepreneur.
