The comprehensive support programme is a preliminary step towards the successful social and professional integration of first-time arrivals. He proposes: - Linguistic learning of French as a Foreign Language coupled with linguistic actions aimed at citizens, social and professional objectives enabling them to acquire the linguistic bases in French with the aim of integrating and integrating in France; - A double support - individual interviews and collective actions - to resolve the legal, administrative and socio-professional issues of first-time arrivals (access to housing, access to social assistance, residence permit, access to health, equivalence of diplomas, digital divide ...)
