The AWITEC structure's project aims to support 110 jobseekers, primarily women, in the emergence and structuring of their business project, in sectors that generate economic growth: Trade/Services (health and social sector, personal and business services)/Other sectors with high potential (construction, natural resources) This project is based on four objectives, namely: -Deploy the conditions of access to the program to the greatest number, in a decentralized way. -Opt for a coherent path dimension centred on the individual, through partnerships with the actors of integration and training, upstream and downstream of the programme. -Opt for a practical and playful approach to business creation through the "gamification" of teaching.(Gamification of teaching consists in integrating elements of play into the learning process) -To raise the skills of the beneficiaries on the fundamentals of the "Digital", an essential skill upstream of the digital transformation of the Guyanese economy.
