The Peupl'en Harmonie association promotes the active inclusion of people living in rural and/or remote areas of French Guiana by supporting local and sustainable development projects. To achieve this, the association meets the following sub-objectives: - Securing individual routes through the systematic lifting of peripheral brakes. This objective induces an adapted and individualized support towards employment to the holders of local economic projects by allowing them to discover the professional fields in rural areas including tourism. A bridge to other support structures is envisaged according to the other project typologies. - Strengthen the transversal skills necessary for the socio-professional integration of project leaders by setting up thematic workshops. These sessions are mainly organized on the theme of digital (computer use, CV writing, project ...) and Soft Skills essential for professional integration. - Support administrative procedures, inform about rights, and refer to specialized structures. This concerns both access to training, as well as accommodation and childcare opportunities or finalizing digital approaches (Pôle Emploi, Caf, etc.). - Professionalize the promoters of tourism projects, mainly through the implementation of advanced support according to the diagnosis of established needs - Develop and increase territorial synergy.
