The expected results of the PICADORS project consist of a set of concrete recommendations for SDIS, and in particular those of the Hauts-de-France Region, in terms of technical, technological and methodological solutions to make the best use of the possibilities offered by on-board equipment as part of their operational interventions. In particular, these recommendations will relate to rescue interventions for people (victim-patient journey) and possibly to fire interventions. These recommendations will be based on original and innovative developments developed by the teams of the Institut Mines Télécom and SDIS 62, as well as rigorous scientific assessments of the state of the art. The solutions developed will systematically be part of a search for a balance between operational efficiency and budget and technological accessibility. The aim will be to find the best possible compromises for SDIS as part of their digital transition process. Finally, to ensure their relevance and acceptability, all the proposals that will be made will be connected to the PREDICE approach, and will have been validated in the context of experiments defined by the operational teams of SDIS 62, in particular on the subject of tele-stroke which seems particularly critical and symptomatic.
