This coordination action aims to optimize remediation solutions through the provision of a single interlocutor in the territory able to ensure continuity and responsiveness on the responses provided to young people aged 16 to 29 in a situation of disruption. The territorial coordination project will also aim to map the solutions present on the territory of Hauts-de-France for young people aged 16 to 29 in a situation of disruption. This mapping will allow the general public and prescribers to identify the devices that can be mobilized in the territory.
