The Mission Locale du Clermontois du Liancourtois et de la Vallée du Thérain responds to the ESF+ call for projects of the Programme "Identify and propose to young NEETs in the Hauts de France, a path of success towards sustainable professional integration". The "Success Pathway" action linked to this project will be deployed over the period from 1 May 2024 to 30 April 2027. Implementation of actions: Deploy innovative tracking methods and "go to" actions to capture young so-called "invisible" NEETs. Develop the network of common law partners and strengthen the existing territorial network. Diversify support methods by offering innovative, fun tools adapted to the new generation. Lift the brakes preventing the realization of the professional project. Gather young people around workshops strengthening psychosocial, digital skills and job search techniques to combat social isolation. Implement specific actions to discover the professions. Inform our public about promising sectors. Bring supply and demand closer together. Raise employers' awareness of existing hiring supports. Securing career paths and ensuring a mediating role in order to avoid break-ups.
