SIMOUV renews its entire System of Assistance to the Operation and Information of Travellers (SAEIV) for the operation of the "Transvilles" network. This renewal foresees in 2023-2024 the supply and installation of on-board equipment for all urban buses, PRM vehicles, and city centre shuttles, as well as the installation of metering equipment, improving availability and allowing real-time feedback. The modernization of travel information, especially on digital channels, will allow a better quality of service, better meeting the expectations of current and future customers. The network will gain in quality and thus promote a modal shift from private cars to public transport, contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. For the operator and the Mobility Organizing Authority, this project has a major interest in operating assistance, optimizing services, managing events and disrupted situations, thanks to a modernized system that meets the expectations of users.
