The operation carried out by three member institutions of APF France handicap aims to increase the number of young people with disabilities with a NEET status integrating individualized pathways with a goal of sustainable and quality socio-professional integration or an entry into training. Through an adapted individual and collective support path, the consortium aims to highlight and / or develop young people's skills in line with the needs of companies, but also to develop the motivation, revitalization and individual involvement of the young person. In addition, it is necessary to develop an eco-system of employment-training partners capable of helping young people in the determination of their professional project and the proposal of quality and sustainable solutions for return to employment or entry into the labour market.
