The Departmental Fire and Rescue Service of the North is committed to a process of continuous improvement formalized by a strategic plan adopted by the Board of Directors on March 17, 2022. The strategic plan therefore aims to summarise in a single document the broad orientations of the SDIS for the years 2022-2027 through 3 main objectives focused on the essential operational missions of the institution 1 - Guaranteeing the performance of the operational response and its resilience 2 - Optimising resources and adapting their management to the challenges of resilience and social cohesion 3 - Protecting, enhancing, ensuring the cohesion of staff and participating in the resilience of society Actions to modernise and structure the institution's activities through digital transformation have been selected for this project. They are divided into two axes in order to identify their objectives: - The transformation of firefighters' missions and training (Robot, operational mobility tools, intervention simulators: Emergency Care Training, Crisis Management, Driving in an Emergency) - Improving Response Preparedness (Data, Decision Making, Dematerialization, Collaborative Tools)
